Process of signing up to use Countryside Bookkeeping & BAS Agent Services

  • Meeting to determine clients requirements.

  • Verify client identification

  • Agreement with client in writing

  • If the client has a company then Director Identification number needs to be provided. If the Director does not have one then I will support the process in obtaining this.

  • Commence the process of client adding me through MyGov as their tax agent. If the client is a sole trader I can do this process directly with the ATO. If the client operates an entity like a company or Trust then they will need to link me to their ATO portal. I provide all support for this process.

  • Make contact with clients Accountant introducing myself and touching base of any requirements needing to be met from Accountants point of view.

  • The Bookkeeping / BAS service commences

Remember that each entity / client’s requirements are different depending on the industry they are in and how they run their business. My service caters to this by providing an individualised service that covers all aspects of Bookkeeping / BAS requirements.
